Happy Monday ! Flashback to #burkinafaso #ougadougou #po working on a #labourrights project for the #tradeunion Po is situated in the southern part of Burkina bordering ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ญ I describe my visit as page 1 in the Bible, so much work has to be done as it is a fully undeveloped poverty stricken area. Here the key was to assist unions financially so they can help the bottom poor employees with for example free day care for children. This way women can focus on creating an income for their families such as making #organic #sheabutter babysteps to #development #developmentaid #labourunion #workerrights #ilo #sheabutterproject #empowerment #femaleentrepreneurs (bij Pรด)
